Cost of Conference Participation:

$75.00 - Current CCSS Member (email djohnsontucker09@gmail.com if unsure of member status)
$85.00 - Non-CCSS Member (includes 1 year CCSS membership)
$25.00 - College/University full-time pre-service/Licensure Students

EARLY REGISTRATION due before March 12th, 2012. After March 12, the cost will be $85 for CCSS members and $95 for non-members, whether registration completed online or by mail.

After you complete this form, you will be redirected to our online payment page where you will choose your registration status for payment amount, and click the appropriate payment button. You will receive a payment confirmation receipt via email. ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED.
